Bi-Lingual Customer Service Advisor - Russian / German

Great position for someone with a flair for foreign languages. This is a dynamic company looking to expand its team after a very successful year. As bi-lingual Customer Services Advisor your duties will entail:
· Answering inbound calls to take orders and assist with queries.
· Processing orders
· Making outbound calls to inform customers of product information.
· Building customer relationships.
· Keeping all records i.e. CRM up to date
· Business development i.e. obtaining new customers and introducing new products.
· Achieving objectives and targets set by business.
· Identify opportunities for business development
· Project Administration, keeping records accurate and up to date.
This would suit someone able to communicate in a clear confident manner who is bilingual in russian / german. Educated to at least A Level you should be customer focused and enjoy working in a targeted environment.
