A leading training provider is seeking to appoint an NVQ Assessor to be onsite in Northampton. The role will be assessing and training work based learners on Business Improvement Techniques and will incorporate delivery of specific group and one to one training sessions on Health and Safety, Kaizen Techniques and Visual Management, working as a member of a highly integrated team meeting a wide range of employer and learner needs and development of own working to ensure continuous improvement against City and Guilds standards. Holding A1 or D32/33 qualification, the ideal candidate will have some experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing sector and experience of BIT either as an assessor or learner.
