Excellent opportunity for experienced Design Engineer to join established and well respected Structural Steel company in the Derby area.  As a senior engineer for our client, you will be expected to take responsibility for the following: Complying with clients' brief, ensure that designs are safe to fabricate, transport, erect and maintain; prepare outline erection sequence; attend meetings at tender/contract stage; provide tech support to other departments; ensure all relevant parties are informed of crucial information; monitor the progress of design; prepare list of technical information for sub-contractors and train junior engineers as required.  If you have relevant experience and a minimum of HNC in civil/structural engineering (or equivalent) we would very much like to hear from you............
