Large, established distribution company seeks Supply Chain Co-ordinator on a long term basis.  Duties will entail: Manage both UK and export customer orders from order input through to customer delivery including the raising of export documentation; Inter-departmental liaison between all supply chain functions to ensure delivery of agreed Customer Service levels and cost efficiencies for UK and export markets are met; Understand the Customer's current and future requirements and potential impact on factories and operations; Communicate, influence and enhance our Supply Chain to ensure optimum service at optimum cost; Enchance the perception of the customer service team both externally and internally across the business; Proactive approach to servicing customers, particularly around promotional planning, phasing and supply; Hold service reviews with Top 10 customers; Track performance against KPI's; Track and maintain promotions, shorts and order amendment reports where necessary.  The ideal candidate will need to be:  a team player, passionate about customer service, excellent communicator both verbal and written, self motivate,  have excellent IT skills particularly Excel, knowledge of SAP would also be desirable.  If you feel you have the right skills and experience to meet the needs of our client, please apply now.  However, if you do not hear back from us within 14 days, kindly assume you have been unsuccessful.
