Permanent Vacancies Account Manager

Salary: c£19k

Our client is a well established and highly respected business, providing professional services to the house building industry.  Due to ongoing success, our client needs someone with excellent organisational and communication skills.  This role provides a seamless service to all clients and there is much emphasis on "right first time".  General duties will entail the following:

  • Answering and dealing with incoming queries and emails
  • Inputting data to the system accurately
  • Validation of reports
  • Filing and scanning documentation
  • Dealing politely and efficiently with contractors, clients, etc
  • Admin tasks as may be required

In order to carry out this role, you should be motivated and take immense pride in your customer service ability and practical skills.  Additionally, you should be confident with the ability to follow set procedures and systems.  In return, you will work in a friendly office that operates a team environment.
