Permanent Vacancies Administrator

Salary: £22k

Our client is a well-established and highly respected business, providing professional services to the house building industry.  Due to ongoing success, our client needs an Administrator to join their team.  This role is to be the main point of contact for clients and customers. General duties will entail the following:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing email inboxes and responding accordingly
  • Processing handover forms
  • Liaising with sales and site to obtain handover information
  • Liaising with customers to manage their utility complaints
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure customer’s accounts are set up correctly
  • Fixing duplications within the system


In order to fulfil this role and maintain the high standard of service that has come to be expected from our client, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will have proven experience of multi-tasking with a high degree of accuracy. You should also be confident with IT, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to demonstrate versatile communication skills as there is a lot of emphasis on building relations with your clients.
