We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our client based on Pride Park. This role is to provide administration support to the group procurement function who complete national supply agreements for the business and is heavily involved with other operational functions including, sales, production, technical, commercial and customer care teams.
Day to day duties will include:
- Electronic and management of key functional and supplier documentation
- Updating of our supplier registers and dealing with managing/archiving of old information
- Submitting quarterly rebate claims to suppliers, chasing & reconciling responses, requesting invoices and chasing payments.
- Creating non-compliance reports for internal use
- Collating monthly price index data (government & supplier sources)
- Preparation of a variety of documents including reports, presentations, minutes
- Dealing with calls from regions and requesting information from them and chasing for responses
- Managing Group Supplier Ratings Survey process
- Managing Group Supply Vendor Assessments
- Collation of essential supplier details (e.g., insurance details)
- Answering calls and responding to emails from other staff and suppliers
- Compiling monthly expenses
- Hotel bookings & travel arrangements
- Other ad hoc support which is required

- Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
