Our client is an established, highly successful international business based on Centrum in Burton-on-Trent. They are looking to appoint a Product Data Analyst to specialise in the company's products using their expertise to satisfy customer requirements. Keeping up to date with technology and development, your general duties will entail carrying out the following:
- Manage the creation and timely updating of product content and e-commerce websites/portals - including pricing, descriptions, etc
- Identify opportunities and establish systems for new product listings, content creation, etc
- Be a subject matter expert in certain product categories
- Identify SEO best practices
- Make recommendations to increase revenue
- Monitor and analyse changes in product sales
- Provide support in other areas including PPC, e-shots, SEO, etc
- Conduct market research
- Monitor product launches of other companies
- Brief others on planned product launches
- Manage product phase ins and phase outs
- Perform training and demos
- Manage loyalty schemes, pricing, customer data
- Assist with business plan development
- Identify new market opportunities
In order to carry out this role successfully, it is anticipated that the chosen candidate will have experience of working with marketing data in an analysis capacity and be strong with e-commerce.
