Our client is an international organisation with facilities throughout the world. They have a prestige reputation and are very performance driven.
Specialising in the rail industry, our client is looking to appoint a Lead Project Manager with key responsibilities of: Safety Projects, Claim Management, Functional Interfaces, Customer Interface, Project Execution, Governance Project Management, Talent, Processes and Network.
Key duties will entail:
- Promotion of Railway Safety ensuring that products do not endanger life
- Promotion and development of safety culture
- Ensuring completion of all safety processes by staff
- Participation in safety audits
- Project/contract management
- Project claims
- Act as escalation point on critical functional topics
- Responsible for customer interface
- Completion of Gate REviews on assigned projects
- Responsible for cash/sales management & contract margin improvement of assigned projects
