Permanent Vacancies Senior Office Administrator

Our client is a very well established and thriving business on the edge of Swadlincote.  They are presently looking to appoint an Office Administrator to supply efficient accounts and administration support.  Duties will entail:

  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Credit control
  • Working with Sage
  • Maintenance of HR records
  • Pension admin
  • Admin for company medical scheme
  • Project admin including input of timsheets, expenses, etc
  • Report coordination
  • Facilities management
  • Stationery / equipment purchasing
  • Organising meetings
  • Reception duties
  • Filing maintenance
  • Hospitality
  • Ad hoc duties as required

This is a busy and varied role and will suit someone looking for a busy role who takes pride in their work.  In order to fulfil this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will have some accounts experience as well as a background in administration.  In return, our client offers a small but very friendly office which is predominantly open plan.  They also offer a generous holiday allowance, healthcare, bonus and EAP.
