Temporary Vacancies Administrator

Location: Burton on Trent

Salary: Up to £23k

Our client is an established business based on Centrum 100 in Burton. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a 3month contract to cover some internal moves. 

General duties will entail:

  • Scheduling field based engineers via a CRM system, ensuring to maximize their productivity
  • Organising parts for delivery and organising transport via third party suppliers
  • Liaising with Technical Engineering Managers
  • Preparing relevant paperwork and purchase orders
  • Delivery of projects
  • Preparing risk assessments and method statements
  • Raising cases for call outs
  • Help to achieve company and department KPI’s
  • Any other duties as and when required to ensure the efficiency of the department.

The successful candidate must be able to prioritise their workload in a fast paced environment and have excellent all-round communication skills.
