We are looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, assembling products, carrying out quality checks, and supporting production activities to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare moulds and operate rotomoulding machinery.
- De-mould, cut, and assemble products.
- Use power, air, and hand tools safely.
- Move materials and products using lifting equipment.
- Complete production and quality records accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Report equipment faults and maintenance issues.
- Work as part of a team to achieve production and quality targets.
Requirements
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and hardworking approach.
- Ability to carry out physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces.
- Confident using PCs and tablets.
Desirable Experience
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Machinery operation experience.
- Experience with power tools and lifting equipment.
- FLT/Combi licence (preferred).

Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am
