Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced organisation based in central Burton. Due to ever increasing sales, they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join and lead their busy Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results focused, motivated individual to become the figure head of a team of ten sales executives initially with a view to growing and developing the team.
Our client is keen to recruit the right individual to become a senior member within the business. It is important for the successful candidate to understand that targets must be met on a month by month basis and it is their responsibility to ensure their team members deliver. You will have a monthly sales target for you and your team and it is your responsibility to ensure that the target is hit on an ongoing basis.
This position will suit a highly driven individual who wishes to grow within a highly successful and growing business and who can really bring out the best of those within the team. This role requires someone who is very commercially aware who can cope with working in a fast-paced environment.
